Resurrect Now
Don’t need to literally die in order to resurrect. Rise up and shine. Resurrect now.

Thank God. I’m so loving Father Joel (Greenbelt Chapel every 10:30AM Mass). You’re a true teacher. So serene. Sure thing your name could be found in the Book of the Living in Heaven as your teachings will surely live in the hearts of your listeners. I just hope other priests should be inspired by you.
Survey says Christmas Season is so easy to like obviously because of the festivities and joy it brings. On the other hand, pretty understandable that the Season of Lent is not likeable because it means penitence & sacrifices. Things which we tend to neglect. Easter is the greatest mystery of our Christian faith. You have to love it as God so loved the world that He gave us His only Son Jesus Christ…died, resurrected and live forever.
His homily this morning is simple, clear yet so strong. Time is now. Everyone can resurrect this moment. Summarized in three notes:
1.) A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty. - Winston Churchill Guilty personally. I should master the craft of optimism. Resurrect now.
2.) Be inspired and be an inspiration to others. In the sense that when they see you, they will greet you with an honest smile. Or “Hey Dad, I want to be as good as you.” Resurrect now.
3.) It’s not the end of the world. No matter how cruel life is. Rise above. Jessica Cox made it! Resurrect now!
Happy Easter everyone! =)
