Happy 3rd “eF-Dee”
Today (June 20, 2011) marks the 3rd year since we brought “eF-Dee” (from Yahoo Answers > root word FD: part of Honda Civic chassis code) to our home…
Honda is our choice of brand. Costly, though, to maintain compared to other Asian brands (of the same level)…
3 years old means a lot:
> 2 years and our car loan will be FULLY PAID!
> Warranty is over. We could have its oil change to third party shops. Casa no more. In short, LESS COST in maintenance.
> The car can be groomed to look “POGI” ( I wish I have a lot of extra money)
eF-Dee enjoyed which could be the last pampering at the casa:
> change oil
> air-con anti-bacterial treatment
> engine wash
> under wash
> rust proofing
> wiper blades change
Good thing, the car is under warranty. It’s FREE! (SHOULD BE!) Thumbs down for some flaws :( :
> clutch master replacement (recurring squeaking sound coming from the clutch pedal since the first few months was indeed a symptom of defectiveness tsk tsk tsk)
> engine support replacement
IMPORTANT: …none of us thought this DREAM of having our own car would be REAL…if there’s WILL power, it is POSSIBLE! Your good will & GOD’s Will!
